Coaching Philosophy

Eagle Hockey Development is committed to providing our players with quality instruction and guidance from experienced coaches and guest instructors. We seek to develop skilled, knowledgeable players who understand the game and can demonstrate determination and fortitude when faced with the adversity inherent to higher level game play.

Individual Skills Development

We adhere to the well-established LTPD principles that have been proven employed by USA Hockey, Hockey Canada, and other great organizations worldwide. Our practices are designed to provide our players with the age appropriate content necessary for them to maximize their individual skill development throughout the spring season. Hockey players that are able to play the game with confidence and a high skill level usually are the players most sought after at the Junior and College levels.
